Weight loss tips

Firstly to get yourself motivated to lose weight, you need to write down why. Have these reasons on sticky notes around the house (especially the fridge), on your phone, laptop, memos etc, just every where really beacuse you need the constant reminders to keep you on track.
So I've done my research from books to Yahoo Answers and I've compiled easy tips with the intentions for only myself at first but why only keep them to myself while there are millions out there that want to lose weight as well?
Losing weight is not easy but honestly, the only hard part is commitment; the rest is easy from there.
Yes this blog is about beauty, and YES you are beautiful no matter what shape or size. But wanting to feel healthy and fit makes you even more beautiful because you will be feeding your beauty the good things to make you feel amazing and you will be excercisng to release endorphins and endorphins make you happy. Now to me that is the best part of losing weight: to become a better you. Overall what I'm trying to say is, will it hurt to become even more beautiful?

So here they are. Hope they will help you achieve your weight goal successfully.

Tips for Your Weight Loss Journey

*Read this EVERY MORNING to keep motivated.
*Visualise yourself FIT and HEALTHY.
*YOU DON’T NEED TO GET ANY FATTER, YOU NEED TO GET HEALTHIER.
*CRAVING? Drink water and wait for 10mins. IT WILL GO AWAY!
*DRINK WATER. Maybe you’re not hungry, maybe you’re thirsty. Drink 2 cups before each meal.
*Remember, at least 8 cups a day.
*EXERCISE YOUR BUTT OFF EVERYDAY, NO EXCUSES.
Run in the morning, X trainer in the afternoon, weight training etc. DON’T BE LAZY, JUST EXERCISE!
*NO MORE WHITE RICE OR BREAD.
*Rather eat brown rice or oats.
*JUST LAY OFF THE CARBS. They make you tired and fat; you don’t want that.
*NO MORE SUGAR. You’re sweet enough already.
*NO MORE FRIED FOODS. You can live without it and you’re better off without it.
*NO MORE FAST FOODS OR JUNK FOOD. Doesn’t taste nice and bad for you.
*Use a smaller plate. JUST EAT LESS, NOT MORE!
*Eat until you’re satisfied NOT until you feel full. EAT SLOWLY, THERE IS NO NEED TO RUSH.
*BE HONEST and write in your food diary.
*SLEEP WELL.

RMEMBER THIS IS FOR YOU AND NO ONE ELSE. YOU CAN DO IT!
